Free IELTS Mock Tests Online with a Real Exam Experience

Taking a full IELTS mock test is the most reliable way to find out where you stand before test day. IELTS Mockpoint gives you full-length General IELTS, Academic IELTS and Premium Academic IELTS mock tests, all free to take, that follow the official format, so you can practise Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking under real time pressure and see how your band score is shaping up.

Each mock is built to match the real exam interface, timing and question types. Instead of guessing, you learn how long you can spend on each passage, how to manage the audio in Listening, and how to finish both Writing tasks inside 60 minutes.

Academic IELTS mock tests

Choose Academic if you plan to study at a university or apply for professional registration. Academic Reading uses long, university-level passages, and Writing Task 1 asks you to describe a graph, chart, table or diagram. Our Academic mocks include every common question type, from True / False / Not Given to matching headings and summary completion.

General IELTS mock tests

General Training is for migration, work experience and secondary education. Reading uses everyday and workplace texts, and Writing Task 1 is a letter. Listening and Speaking are the same as Academic, so your preparation for those skills carries across.

Premium Academic IELTS mock tests

Premium Academic mocks are our closest match to the real test. They are ideal for the last weeks of preparation, when you want to check your readiness, build stamina for the full 2 hour 45 minute session and practise your exam-day routine.

How to get the most from every mock

Sit each test in one go, without pausing. Review every wrong answer, note which question types cost you marks, then practise those skills separately before your next mock. Most candidates improve fastest after five or more full mock tests with careful review between each one.
